Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

3 cups milk

4 cups cheddar cheese

Directions

Melt butter over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese; heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Serve over toast.
